In August 2023, Amanda Rakel released her EP "I Was Sad For 4 Years". Through honest lyricism, Amanda chronicles the hardships she went through during this time period in her life.

The two lead singles "Lonely FYI" and "Sick" were both played on DR's popular radio channel P4, featured in Danish press and Validate Me was featured on Spotiy's New Music Friday Denmark.
